This machining service is selected for non-regulated mechanical accessory parts that require precise CNC tolerances, anodized color finishing, and optional laser engraving for branding or OEM customization. Parts must fit to platform-specific dimensions and hold appearance quality across production batches.
Processes: CNC milling, turning, drilling, reaming, threading, engraving, and anodizing.
Material Fit: 6061 aluminum alloy (primary), stainless steel, and titanium for specific components such as gas blocks, takedown pins, and barrel-adjacent parts.
Finishing: Type II / Type III anodizing in Black, Silver, Red, Blue, Gold, Rainbow, and Orange. Laser engraving for logos, patterns, and custom branding. Packaging coordination available.

Hi-Capa & pistol platform parts (OEM & ODM)
Magwells, triggers, slide plates, thumb rests, and other Hi-Capa 4.3 / 5.1 series components machined from 6061 aluminum with anodized color options. Parts are dimensioned to fit Hi-Capa 1911, MEU Series, and GBB airsoft pistol platforms. OEM services include laser engraving and custom packaging.
M&P & pistol slide plates
Slide plates for M&P Full-Size, Compact, and Shield series (9mm, .357, .40, .45) machined from 6061 aluminum. Available in multiple anodized colors with laser-engraved pattern options including custom logos, text, and graphics.
AR10 / AR15 rifle accessory parts
Gas blocks, charging handles, takedown pins, trigger guards, bolt catches, forward assists, dust covers, safety selectors, and buffer tubes for AR10 and AR15 platforms. Raw materials include aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium. All parts are available in anodized colors with laser engraving support.
MLOK / Keymod rail and handguard accessories
Rail cover plates, QD end sets, clamp adapters, handguard handles, and sling adapters for MLOK and Keymod systems. Machined from 6061 aluminum with anodized finishing.
Magazine and extension components
Magazine base plates, mag extensions, mag releases, release buttons, and magwell components for AR and pistol platforms. Machined to platform spec with color anodizing and engraving options.

- Review hole features, thread specifications, and fit tolerances that affect machining approach and assembly performance
