Inquiry & Drawing Submission

Customers submit an inquiry through our website or email, including part drawings, 3D files, material requirements, quantities, and surface finish specifications.

STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, DXF, DWG, PDF

Our engineering team reviews the information to fully understand your technical requirements.

Engineering Review & Quotation

Our engineers evaluate your design for manufacturability, tolerance feasibility, and cost efficiency. If needed, we provide design optimization suggestions to improve performance or reduce cost.

You will receive a detailed quotation including price, lead time, material, and manufacturing process.

Order Confirmation

Once the quotation is approved, we confirm the order details, production schedule, and quality requirements. Production planning begins immediately to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.

CNC Machining & Production

Using advanced CNC milling and turning equipment, our skilled machinists produce parts according to approved drawings and specifications.
