Accessory work is mostly private-label, so only a small part of it reaches a public catalogue. Below are the accessory parts we can show, followed by parts from other industries that use exactly the same operations — split clamps, knurling, anodised colour, precision bores — because those are the honest evidence of what a shop can hold.

not a drawing.
A magwell dimensioned for a Hi-Capa 5.1 does not fit a 4.3, and a slide plate for an M&P Shield does not fit a Full-Size. Name the platform and the generation — or send us one part — and the rest of the quote is straightforward.

What accessory work
actually turns on.
The machining on most of these parts is not the hard bit. Fit, finish consistency and knowing where the legal line sits are what separate a supplier you can build a brand on from one you cannot.
We machine accessories, not regulated components. Non-regulated mechanical accessory parts only — no firearms, no receivers, no regulated components of any kind. Before we quote, we ask you to confirm the part is unregulated in the market you are selling into, and we will decline anything we are not confident about.
6061 or 7075 is a real decision. 6061 machines cleanly, anodises evenly and costs less — right for most covers, plates and rail hardware. 7075 is significantly stronger, which matters where the part is thin, loaded or takes shock, but it anodises less predictably in colour. We will recommend one and say why.
Colour is a process, not a swatch. Type II gives the broad colour range; Type III is thicker, harder and mostly dark. Both add thickness, so colour has to be planned into the tolerance, not applied afterwards. Batch-to-batch matching needs a retained reference sample — a colour name is not enough.
Engraving order changes the look. Laser marking before anodising and marking after it produce visibly different results on the same part. Tell us which you want, or send an example of the finish you are matching, and send artwork as vector rather than a screenshot.
Consistency across batches is the whole job. An accessory brand lives on parts that look identical across a year of production. That means retained samples, a fixed anodising supplier and the same fixturing every run — which is why we would rather set a part up properly once than quote it cheaply twice.
Finish is the product,
as much as the part is.
On accessory hardware the customer sees the anodising and the engraving before they see the tolerance. Both need specifying at quotation, not at the first sample.
